Using the example of one of MEAG's current largest construction projects, the LDN-W office building in central London, Birgit Weyrather talks about the challenges as a project manager for real estate projects in times of corona.

Lieselotte Landskron, Investment Manager for MEAG's Illiquid Assets, recently visited the construction site of the largest courthouse in the Netherlands. In mid-2016, MEAG invested in the new building followed by many years of operation of the Amsterdam court building as part of a public-private partnership (PPP).

Bernhard Gröger is an asset manager in MEAG's Real Estate International team, responsible for office properties in Sweden and Belgium. For comprehensive property management it is important to be on site regularly, most recently he visited the LEED Gold certified Waterfront Building in Stockholm.

For MEAG, Lieselotte Landskron keeps a watchful eye on the progress of the projects, because only if all contractual obligations are met, such as deadlines or construction quality, will the investor's bill be correct at the end of the day. This also applies to the A16 motorway section near Rotterdam in the Netherlands.
