OneGrowth@MEAG: The MEAG concept for personal development

With OneGrowth@MEAG, we focus on the development and career of our employees, and foster a structured and ongoing dialogue between staff and their supervisors throughout the year. The emphasis lies on developing strengths, modern target agreement and continuous feedback. At the heart of OneGrowth is the personal development plan, which follows the tried and trusted 70/20/10 approach:

  • 70% of what we learn comes from experience; in particular from working towards goals together and additional on-the-job measures (e.g. job rotation)
  • 20% of what we learn comes from interacting with others (e.g. peer learning)
  • 10% of what we learn comes from courses and seminars within the MEAG Academy (e.g. LinkedIn Learning, competence coaching)

 

So as you can see, internal development and career take on a key role at MEAG, and we steer them proactively within OneGrowth – be it progressing within your current position, growing into a more extensive/new specialist role or evolving into a leadership role!

MEAG Academy: Numerous state of the art learning and development options

The MEAG Academy brings together all learning and development offerings in the fields of business, leadership, personality development and specialised work topics. The options include training courses and seminars, coaching, microlearning and keynote addresses. And we also support further education alongside your career, for instance the course for becoming a Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA), Certified International Investment Analyst (CIIA) or real estate economist.
